Serving Manitou Springs
Manitou Springs is tucked against the base of Pikes Peak at the mouth of Ute Pass, a few miles west of Colorado Springs on US-24. The town is known for its mineral springs, the Manitou Incline, and the historic district along Manitou Avenue. Many homes sit on steep, narrow hillside lots with tight access, and spas are often tucked onto decks or terraced patios. The town also has plenty of vacation rentals where a hot tub is part of the draw. Canyon shade, mountain weather, and tight spaces all shape what kind of cover works. From our North Nevada Avenue shop, it is a short drive west on US-24 to Manitou.

Why Manitou Springs customers need this work
In Manitou Springs, fit and access matter as much as the cover itself. Spas on hillside decks and terraces are often odd sizes or older models that stock covers do not match, and carrying a cover up a steep set of stairs is not something most people want to do twice. We measure on-site so the cover fits the first time, and we handle delivery and install. For rental owners, a worn or waterlogged cover means guest complaints and higher heating costs, so our repair assessment and replacement service help keep the spa guest-ready.
