Serving Black Forest
Black Forest is an unincorporated community northeast of Colorado Springs, named for its dense stands of ponderosa pine. Homes sit on larger acreage lots along roads like Black Forest Road, Shoup Road, and Hodgen Road, often with long driveways and spas set well back from the street. At over 7,000 feet, the area gets more snow than central Colorado Springs, and the open stretches catch strong wind. The pines drop needles, cones, and sap on everything below them, including hot tub covers. Many properties also have horses, outbuildings, and spas placed to catch the view, which can mean a longer carry from driveway to tub. We plan delivery around that.

Why Black Forest customers need this work
Pine sap, needles, and debris are hard on hot tub covers in Black Forest. Sap bakes into vinyl in the sun, needles collect in seams, and trapped moisture breaks down the material over time. Add snow and wind, and covers here wear faster than in town. Our cover maintenance service helps you spot UV and weather damage early, and our repair assessment tells you honestly whether a cover can be saved. When it is time to replace, we build a custom cover by hand that fits your spa.
